Post a Position - USD$155

How to Post a Position.  It's Easy!

Instructions:  A position search may be submitted using this on-line system.  The fee for each submission is USD$155.  Listings are for 120 days.

To post your position announcement, start with providing the requested information on this page (below) about the search.  We'll then build your position search ad, put it on the web site, and send it out to all CharityChannel subscribers as part of our Weekly Review feature.  Your search will rapidly reach tens of thousands of nonprofit-sector professionals, the largest community of nonprofit sector professionals in the world. 

Once your position announcement is completed and on-line, we'll send you an email that directs you to a safe and secure web page where you can pay on-line with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.  Or, from that page you can print out an invoice and mail in your check or credit card information. We use the honor system -- we will build the ad and put it on-line, then bill you.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Note:  The system is designed to submit one position per submission.  Please do not combine more than one position search into one submission.  If you have more than one submission to make, simply return here and submit the next listing.

How will you be submitting your listing copy (text) to us?

Provide the full description of the position for the full-page view of your listing. Simply type the description of the position exactly as you would like it to appear.  (Tip:  You might wish to compose your ad copy on a word processing program, then copy and paste to this text box). 

Note:  Maximum length is 24,000 characters (about 4,800 words - far more than is typically needed), including spaces and punctuation. As an alternative, you can skip this box and simply email your copy to careersearch-a@charitychannel.com.  If you do skip this box, please type something like "I'm going to e-mail the full text of the position search."

 

Contact information that will be in the listing. Please provide the contact information for candidates interested in your position.   Type it exactly as you wish it to appear in the position listing.  Be sure to include such key contact information as the name of contact person and/or department (or, if the listing is anonymous, the P.O. Box), and full mailing address for resume submissions.  You may also include a contact telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, and any other relevant contact information.  Please do not provide your website URL here (we request it below).   Maximum length is 500 characters.  When counting characters, remember to count spaces and punctuation.

 


(Optional) Search End Date. Many searches announce an anticipated end date. Please enter the anticipated date of the search. If you will conduct the search until filled, just enter "until filled" in the box. (Note: This does not effect the duration of your listing.)

(Optional) Listing End Date. Our listing will run for 120 days, then automatically be removed unless you renew. If you wish the listing to terminate on a date prior to 120 days from the start of your listing, please provide the ending date:

(Optional) Link Listing to Your Site?  If you would like your listing to contain a link to your web site, provide the URL here.  There is no additional charge for the link. Otherwise, leave blank.

 

Logo.  We can (and want to!)  include with your listing at no additional charge your logo and other artwork from your web site. We have been building listings since 1992 and are experienced at dropping in logos and other artwork from your site (if any) to make your listing look good.  If you have a web site with a logo and/or other artwork in it, we can easily copy it -- you don't have to do a thing except tell us where your logo is (its URL).
  (Recommended.)  We have your permission to copy your logo and/or other artwork directly from your organization's web site.  This is the recommended choice.  Please check here and provide the URL: 
  (Also recommended.) We have your permission to provide your logo and/or other artwork in the listing. Check this option if you will be sending us the logo and/or other artwork files (.gif, .jpg, .png or .fla format) as an e-mail attachment. To submit your Career Search Online ad, press the Submit button. We'll get to work on your ad right away. As long as everything is in order, it will be on-line within 24 hours of submission (weekends excluded). We'll then send you a bill by email as well as regular mail. The email will give you link to a private, secure page where you can download your invoice and either pay on-line, or by paper check via regular mail.
